Unsigned beta
Verify first. Continue second.
Hushload does not currently pay for a Windows publisher certificate. Windows may therefore call a new installer “unrecognized” even after release validation.
Do not disable Windows protection
Never turn off Defender, SmartScreen, Smart App Control, or your antivirus to install Hushload. If your Windows policy blocks unsigned applications completely, respect that policy and do not work around it.
1. Confirm the origin
Start only from hushload.lgtw.tf/download. That page links to the public release-only repository. Avoid mirrors and message attachments.
2. Compare SHA-256
Open PowerShell in the download folder and run:
Get-FileHash .\Hushload*Setup.exe -Algorithm SHA256
The value must exactly match both the website and release notes.
3. Review the exact scan
Open the VirusTotal permalink published for that release and verify that its SHA-256 is identical. A scan for a different filename or hash is not evidence.
4. Use “More info” only after verification
If the official hash matches and Windows shows the standard SmartScreen reputation prompt, select “More info”, confirm the app name is Hushload, then select “Run anyway”. Stop if the dialog or file details differ from the guide.
